**Terms of Service**

5. **Confidentiality**:
You agree to abide by the Entities' confidentiality obligations as outlined in the separate Confidentiality Statement. Unauthorized disclosure or use of any confidential information or assets is strictly prohibited.
6. **Third-Party Links and Services**:
The Entities' properties, products, and services may include links to third-party websites, applications, or services. The Entities do not endorse, have control over, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or functionality of these third-party entities.
7. **Limitation of Liability**:
The Entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use their properties, products, or services. The Entities shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred as a result of reliance on any content or information provided.
8. **Indemnification**:
